Treadmill or an outdoor run.  Dry feet or soaked shoes.

I went with the dry shoes.

7.0 mph for 3 miles

Mile 1

“I’m not losing my momentum.”

I’m not losing my momentum.

Mile 2

“I’m not losing my momentum.”

Mile 3

“I’m not losing my momentum.”

I think I’m slowing down.  Yes, I think I’m slowing down.

Moving at the speed of snail, you know I am slowing down.

Mile 3.25

I need to get back my momentum.

Moving at the speed of tortoise, you know I am getting there.

Mile 3.50

Moving at the speed “I want to be done,” I’m gaining back some momentum.

Mile 4 and I am done.  Mile 4 and I am done.

Just keep up that momentum.
